Ventler Re-Imagined at Marina One

 
The land is expensive in a city-state like Singapore, and optimizing space usage is always of significance for F&B operators. Here at Air & Odor Management (AOM), we do not just help our clients take a greener step forward, but value-add by proposing inventive and out-of-the-box solutions as well.

For our client at Marina One, we went back to basics to re-design our Ventler Cook-Top into a Cook Station to give the real estate space back to them. This optimized space usage by providing a comprehensive re-circulating kitchen exhaust filtration system with the same amount of floor space.

Our client can now prepare awesome food to serve a maximized number of diners within a cozy premise with no kitchen exhaust provision. We are very proud to be able to gift our client a breakthrough solution to present their creative range of food offerings to all diners at Marina One.
