This marks a first in the Southeast Asia region, and a testament to our commitment to provide responsible, sustainable, and comprehensive kitchen exhaust filtration solutions.

Tested and commissioned on the 2nd birthday of National Gallery Singapore (part of the monumental and historic buildings along the Singapore F1 Grand Prix route), our low-velocity AOM HCVFS Hood:

  • Comprehensively treats the cooking fumes
  • Keeps extraction airflow low
  • Allows diners to enjoy their sumptuous meals in a much more comfortable environment

Our AOM Hood also brings about added fire safety (through our Honeycomb Filters); cutting out kitchen exhaust duct fires stemming from cooking processes. Its intricate design allows for excellent containment of cooking fumes at a much lower extraction airflow compared to most standards. This brings about substantial amounts of energy saving, noise reduction, and space optimisation.

We are very proud to be part of this pioneering breakthrough and we certainly look forward to working with more F&B establishments, M&E Consultants, and Kitchen Designers towards a greener approach to kitchen exhaust filtration.
